I founded All in One Financial and Consulting because I believe business owners deserve more than someone who prepares tax returns and financial reports. They deserve a trusted advisor who helps them understand their numbers, identify opportunities, solve problems, and make informed decisions that support growth.

My career has never followed a traditional accounting path. Before entering the tax and financial services industry, I spent more than 14 years in behavioral healthcare, working my way from direct service roles to Executive Director. Along the way, I gained firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, navigating compliance requirements, and overseeing programs with annual budgets exceeding $40 million. I also served the State of Texas, where I worked with employer compliance, payroll reporting, and regulatory oversight. Those experiences taught me that successful organizations require much more than good bookkeeping. They require strong leadership, sound financial strategy, and the ability to make decisions based on reliable data.

Today, I work with entrepreneurs, healthcare organizations, mental health practices, and businesses operating in highly regulated industries. I help clients strengthen cash flow, improve profitability, prepare for financing, evaluate growth opportunities, and build financial systems that support long-term success. Whether a business owner is trying to understand where their money is going, purchase a building, hire staff, secure funding, or scale operations, my goal is to provide the financial clarity needed to move forward with confidence.

About Chamond Taylor, Chief Operating Officer

Chamond Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer for All in One Financial and Consulting and owner of TayCo & Associates Tax Resolution and Representation Corporation, the firm's sister company focused on IRS representation and tax resolution services. Together, these two organizations reflect a shared commitment to meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with confidence.

With more than 30 years of business ownership and leadership experience, Chamond has spent his career building organizations that had to perform under pressure. His background is rooted in the funeral industry, where he served as an owner and operator for over three decades. In that field, there's no room for error. Families arrive during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and every decision around operations, compliance, staff leadership, and client care has to be handled with precision and compassion. That experience shaped the kind of leader Chamond is today: one who takes accountability seriously and understands that how a business treats people matters as much as what it delivers.

He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has been an entrepreneur for as long as he can remember. At All in One Financial and Consulting, Chamond oversees daily operations, client experience, workflow management, and strategic growth, ensuring that the firm consistently delivers on its promises and that every client interaction reflects the firm's values.

Chamond's leadership style is grounded in service, integrity, and faith. He's active in his church and faith community, and family is central to his life. He's also been a pianist since the age of four, a discipline that has stayed with him and reflects the same qualities he brings to everything he does: patience, consistency, and a love for the craft.
